I did not try installing ISUS.msi, as I don't think it is necessary or useful to users. And installing EN.msi next changed the setup dialogs to English.
But being basically familiar with the dialog sequence, and confirmation from Google Translate, that was no problem. The only problem I had was that the dialog displayed by the initial Setup.msi was in Polish.
I guess their tech support doesn't read community posts.
